Each year the Co-operative updates its planned maintenance programme. Details of properties which are due for the relevant upgrade works will be included in the programme. You can contact the Maintenance Team for further information on planned improvements.
A stock condition survey was carried out in November 2022 to our properties. The data gathered has been used to inform our planned maintenance programme of works.
