Pay Your Rent

Garrion People's Housing Co-operative Ltd charges rent on a four weekly basis, payable in advance.

Rents are reviewed on an annual basis and tenants are consulted around November on the following year’s review. At least 28 days notice is given to tenants of any increase before it is imposed.

Many people have difficulty paying rent at some time. If you have difficulty in paying rent, please contact your housing officer. For further information, please read our Paying Your Rent & Ways to Pay Leaflet.

You can pay rent in one of the following ways:

Post Office Post Office
Use your payment card to pay at any Post Office or shop displaying the PayPoint symbol.

Allpay
You can also pay online at https://www.allpayments.net

App Store Google Play
Payments can be made using the Allpay smartphone app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Payments can also be made by standing order, to do this fill in the Standing Order Form and pass it onto your bank.
