Help and Advice during COVID-19 – Update 2 April 2020

If you suspect that you have symptoms of COVID-19 please call us or email us. It is important that you let us know if you or a member of your household is self-isolating or has been diagnosed with COVID-19. While we are monitoring the advice and guidance from the UK Government, Scottish Government and NHS, this is changing on a daily basis and we recommend that you keep yourself informed by visiting their websites regularly for the most up to date information. We have provided some information on paying your rent, benefits advice, universal credit, energy advice, fire safety and befriending service and some helpful links.

Information on our Repairs Service during Covid-19

Our contractor, Rodgers & Johnston (R&J), are continuing to provide a repairs service, however, we have taken the decision to limit this to EMERGENCY repairs only. Please be aware that this might alter if their staffing levels reduce due to the continuing spread of the Covid-19 virus. Our Gas Heating Contractor Saltire Gas are still carrying out GAS SERVICING, URGENT and EMERGENCY repairs.

COVID-19 co-op update 24 March 2020

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Co-op closed on Tuesday 17th March 2020 and we remain closed until further notice. Staff are now working from home and we are committed to offering uninterrupted service to our customers during this difficult time where possible. Our phones still operate Monday to Friday with regular staff answering all calls. We are also able to receive immediate voicemails from anyone that calls the co-op and leaves a message on our answer machine.
