Annual Assurance Statement 2019/20

Our Management Committee considered evidence at a session held on Self Assessment at a meeting on 29 August 2019 and confirmed at our Management Committee meeting on 22 October 2019 that they have appropriate assurance that Garrion People’s Housing Co-operative (GPHC) comply with:

• All relevant regulatory requirements set out in Chapter 3 of the Scottish Housing Regulator’s (SHR) Regulatory Framework;
• All relevant standards in the Scottish Social Housing Charter; and
• All relevant legislative duties.
