From Boxing Day the whole of mainland Scotland will be in the country’s toughest tier of restrictions for at least three weeks moving from Tier 3 to Tier 4.
Due to the festive holidays our normal office services will close on 24 December 2020 and re-open on 6 January 2021.

On return from the festive period staff will continue wherever possible, to work remotely in line with Government guidelines and ensure that our tenants receive a continued service throughout Tier 4 restrictions. We thank all of our tenants and customers for their patience and understanding while our office and community centre have remained closed due to Covid-19.
We are sure you will understand the reasons for this and will continue to monitor the situation and follow government guidance for a safe phased return and re-opening.
From 6 January 2021 our Service Delivery………If you are a tenant of Garrion People’s Housing Co-operative and you have a general enquiry, repair or a complaint you can still contact us as usual on 01698 687222 between 9am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Please note in line with Government Guidance the Co-operative will only be carrying out essential / emergency repairs until 18 December, 2021 or until we receive further guidance.
Staff will assess whether a repair is essential or not before instructing a works order. A repair that is not deemed as essential will be recorded and held on a list and will be prioritised and attended to when guidance allows us to do so. However some non-essential works will still take place, some examples are safety checks to gas and electricity, fire protection tests and upgrades, outdoor landscaping, close cleaning, void repairs, litter picks, gutter cleaning or any repair deemed to be a matter of safety.
