Annual Assurance Statement 2022

The Co-operative is pleased to publish our Annual Assurance Statement which was approved by our Committee at their meeting held on the 25 October 2022.

This statement outlines how the Co-operative complies with the regulatory requirements of the Scottish Housing Regulator.  Please have a look at this statement here.

Engagement Plan

We previously published information to our tenants on the new regulatory framework for social housing in Scotland.  The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) has published our engagement plan.
