We’ve joined forces with Housing Perks to find new ways to help you save money.

The Housing Perks app offers discounts at over 100 national retailers such as Sainsbury’s, ASDA, B&M, Sports Direct, Argos and many more.

The app is free to use for our tenants and the exclusive discounts can offer savings of between 4% and 18%.

The free app will help you to save money on the essentials such as:

• Groceries;
• Car Fuel;
• Clothing;
• School uniforms and equipment;
• Home furnishings & DIY;
• Family days out.

• Go to your app store and search "Housing Perks"
• Download the app;
• Enter your mobile phone number;
• Select your housing association or council from the list;
• Enter your unique tenancy reference number. You will be sent this by text.

How it works 

• Go to the app, search and select the brand you would like to get a discount for;
• Enter an amount you would like to spend on that brand and press pay securely;
• Check the information to make sure you are happy with how the discount can be use;
• Choose how you want to pay for the gift card;
• When the payment is successful an eGift card will appear in your wallet on the app;
• The app enables you to use discounts on the go.

When you register with Housing Perks, they will be the Data Controller of any information you provide.  We will not have access to any information you provide to Housing Perks.
