Annual Report 2024/25

Our Annual Report focuses on the Co-operative’s achievements, activities and financial performance during the year 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.

In addition, some of the results shown in the report are taken from our Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) which is a report we must provide to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) every year.

The Charter sets out the outcomes and standards of services, that we, as your landlord should meet.
