Tenant Satisfaction Survey

The Co-operative is delighted to announce that our 3 yearly Tenant Satisfaction Survey is now underway.

You should have received a letter from Knowledge Partnership who are our independent market research company who are carrying out the surveys.

If you are selected to take part, their interviewers will visit your home and show ID before starting.  The interview will take around 15 minutes, and you will be asked a series of questions about your experience as a tenant.

Taking part will help us know how you feel about your home and the services we provide – what we are doing well and where we could do better.

Everyone who takes part will be entered into a prize draw to win 1 of 2 supermarket vouchers worth £50.00.
