Report an Emergency Repair

An emergency repair is a repair which if not carried out could threaten the health or safety of the tenant, or could cause serious damage to the building e.g. gas leaks, flooding or electrical faults which may be dangerous.

If an emergency situation arises outwith office hours, i.e. after 4.30pm, at weekends or on Public Holidays you should contact the out of hours Emergency Repairs Service please see details below:-

If you suspect a gas escape or carbon monoxide you must contact Transco on 0800 111 999

All gas central heating faults contact Saltire on 0330 202 0444

To report any other emergency repairs call Rodgers and Johnston on 0844 247 2120 or Freephone 0800 999 2520

To report loss of water contact Scottish Water on 0800 077 8778

To report loss of electricity contact Scottish Power on 105 or your own electrical supplier

To report road & lighting faults, abandoned vehicles, dog fouling, dog nuisance, gritting and bulk uplifts contact Northline 0345 143 0015

The Emergency Repair Service should be called out in the event of an Emergency Only.

It is vitally important that access is available for emergency repairs to be carried out.  If access is unavailable the Co-operative has the right to force entry in certain circumstances where there could be a potential danger to the tenants or those in the surrounding properties.
