Your Tenancy

As a tenant you are expected to keep to the terms of your tenancy agreement (SST).

Please refer to your tenancy SST which details what is expected of you as the tenant, and what can be expected of us as your landlord.

We are responsible for providing you a safe home to live in and for keeping any areas around it that we own or maintain in good condition. 

You have responsibility to keep your home in good order and also to ensure that the surrounding environment is maintained to a good standard.

These conditions are intended to allow all tenants to enjoy the peaceful enjoyment of their home.

This means you are responsible to ensure that you are not acting in a way that is likely to annoy, disturb, cause alarm or distress to your neighbours.
