Estate Management

We aim to ensure that tenants enjoy a clean tidy and peaceful environment and ensure that we carry out regular estate inspections.

Our Estate Management service includes:

• A settling in visit carried out to your new home within six weeks;
• Carrying out regular estate management inspections within the estates and all communal areas including closes;
• Providing advice and assistance to tenants on services which enhance the local community, such as initiatives to reduce crime and environmental improvement.
• Working along with our Estate Management Focus Group in taking part in walkabouts around our estates to highlight any improvements which may enhance the area and influence decision we make in our community;
• Work in partnership with North Lanarkshire Council and other partner agencies to keep our areas a safe, well maintained and attractive place to live.
